Southwestern Law Review

Law Review accepts submissions from jurists, professors and practitioners of law. Law Review does not accept submissions from J.D. students. Manuscripts should be submitted in English with both text and footnotes typed and double-spaced. Citation in the footnotes should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Authors should be prepared to provide any cited sources upon the Law Review’s request. Law Review accepts submissions with the understanding that their content has not been published elsewhere.
